Nerd Corner
The life of an accounting (or any) graduate has many triumphant peaks and pitiful lows. The above graph seeks to represent this cylce to some degree and capture the impact the milkround can have on its participants. I have outlined below a summary of the steps I used to create this graphic;
- The inspiration for this graphic comes from an entertaining webcomic called xkcd;
- I created the inital graph using python’s plotting library matplotlib which now incorporates xkcd type graphics functionality; and
- From here you can save the graph as an svg and import it into inkscape for any finally editing and touch ups.
